| How are prints shipped? |
Your print will be shipped in flat cardboard mailer, via USPS Priority Mail. Your 17x22 print will be shipped in a heavy duty cardboard tube, also via USPS Priority Mail. All prints are insured.

| Why can't I ship more than one print together? |
Smaller prints (5x7 & 8.5x11) can be shipped together. Because of the delicate nature of our largest prints (11x14 & 17x22), they must be shipped separately. There is a $2 handling fee for each additional 5x7 print, and a $3 handling fee for each additional 8.5x11 print.

| I live in New York City, can I pick up my print? |
We're happy to make arrangements for local customers to pick up their prints. Please email us and we'll give you a coupon to use at checkout so that you don't pay shipping.

| What happens if my print arrives damaged? |
We try our best to make sure prints arrive safely. Because we insure all of our shipments, we'll replace the print free of charge. Please make any claims within 10 business days.

| Do you ship to foreign countries? |
At this time we are only shipping prints to addresses in the United States and Canada.

| Do you offer gift certificates? |

All sales are final. Please choose carefully before you complete your order.

| Do you offer matting or framing services? |
We only ship unmatted, unframed prints at this time.
